Our roots
A craft inherited.
Gruppo Royal’s experience reaches back through historic companies active since 1986. Their acquisition brought together a craft developed over decades: building, maintaining and upgrading marine electrical systems and switchboards.

Our technicians have engineered, built and installed on board in shipyards around the world. Direct relationships with shipowners continue beyond construction, through maintenance and system upgrades throughout the vessel’s life.

The engineering department connects the study phase with production. The drawing board and workshop work together, aligning technical decisions with the equipment that will be assembled and installed on board.

With more than 300 people, Gruppo Royal works alongside Fincantieri production sites, Vard in Norway, San Giorgio del Porto, Chantier Naval de Marseille, Cantieri Navali Visentini, Chantiers de l’Atlantique, Grandi Navi Veloci and Virgin Voyages, while remaining operational aboard the fleets it serves.
